explore the sacred space between grief and hope.
personal, collective, historical, anticipatory: there are so many kinds of grief to hold right now. from the climate crisis to genocides to pandemics to fears for the future, the world itself is incredibly heavy — and navigating any personal loss on top of this heaviness may feel like too much to bear.
yet hope is here too — fighting through the darkness, battered and bruised, demanding to be heard. hope is not a fragile thing, and does not give up easily. hope wants to be found.
the journey from grief to hope can be difficult to navigate, especially on your own. but with the tarot as a companion and compass, helping to shoulder the burden, this journey can become less overwhelming.
from grief to hope (and back again) is a gentle, self-paced program that uses tarot cards, spreads, and journaling questions to help you make a companion of your grief, move through the liminal space between grief and hope, and discover a light in the dark.
