brand new to tarot? pull up a chair.

welcome to 3am.tarot, friend.

everything you’ll find on this page was designed specifically with folks who are new to tarot, or new to 3am.tarot, in mind.

my work is dedicated to supporting you along your own tarot journey, wherever that may take you and whatever that may look like. i’m not here to tell you how you should read, or what the cards definitely mean. these resources instead can help you figure all of that out for yourself, with me as your guide.

familiar with the cards but trying to develop a practice of your own? my free email courses can help you dig into the structure of the cards, practice reading spreads, and connect with your deck in new ways.

i’ve also been writing on the internet for a long time, which means that there are a number of free articles you can access right now. click here to download a free compass sheet, which will orient you to some of my favorite, beginner-friendly pieces online.

i also highly encourage you to check out my newsletter and instagram account, where i share writings, spreads, and other techniques for reading the cards on your own. My first book, finding the fool, also serves as a more in-depth guide to the cards, and includes correspondences, journal prompts, and spreads for developing a relationship with the tarot.

dig in, be patient with yourself, and start playing with your cards. i’ll be with you every step of the way.
